Hello! I’m Ryan Padgham.

I’m an art director and motion graphics artist who helps brands show up in ways people don’t expect.

I’m a facilitator. I assist project managers, senior creatives, and key stakeholders in understanding how to align resources in order to achieve client goals. I plan sprints, pull in niche skill sets, and manage project tickets to streamline campaign launches.

I’m a mentor. I guide team members formally and informally, helping them tap into their strengths and bolster their points of improvement through weekly one-on-ones, monthly tutorial series, and long-term planning for their growth and raise trajectories.

I fly at multiple altitudes. I’m both in the trenches designing with my team and in the boardroom, selling my ideas and my designers’ ideas to executives and client leads with presentations I’ve built. I believe the best creative fades away because it isn’t advocated for adequately.
