Hello! I’m Ryan Padgham.

I’m a creative director with a focus on art direction and motion graphics. I collaborate with brands like Netflix, Amazon, and Nintendo to create moments of whimsy for their customers.

At my core, I’m a dreamer and a facilitator. I assist project managers, senior creatives, and key stakeholders in understanding how to align resources in order to achieve client goals. In addition to a strong design skillset (3D, Motion, AV, Key Art,) I plan calendars and scopes, pull in niche skill sets, and manage project tickets to streamline campaign launches.

I'm able to translate direction upward and downward from leadership to the creatives making the work itself. I love being in the trenches designing with my team, but I also thrive pitching campaigns live to clients.
